China Offshore Oil Engineering CO., Ltd (COOEC)
Established in China 40 years ago, COOEC (daughter company of CNOOC, and controlling shareholder) is now one of the largest EPCI contractors for offshore oil and gas engineering in the Asia Pacific region. Headquartered in Tanggu of Tianjin City, China.
COOEC has more than 8000 employees, constituting an all-round, multi-level and wide-range general engineering contracting team, boasting world-class competencies and international operation procedures and management standards, and ranks top in Asia Pacific in terms of onshore installation and pipe laying capacity.
COOEC has completed globally 230 EPCi projects and 22 decommissioning projects within Asia Pacific. This depth of experience allows COOEC to execute complex large scale high value projects, with confidence.
